We rebooked and got a non-smoking room which we were very pleased about. It was a very good sized room compared to the first hotel we stayed at in Shinjuku. It is centrally located. Restaurants are everywhere while 7-eleven, other markets and shops are so close, not to mention the Ginza station. The staff were helpful and friendly. The air conditioning worked great. We truly enjoyed this hotel and all that it offered. The elevators could use some remodeling and cleaning, but it was the only insignificant thing we noticed. We will definitely consider returning.

Had a great experience with the staff! Everyone was very friendly and kind! Our only issue was the AC, which didn’t work until our last days there but the staff was unaware of this because we assumed they didn’t have a good AC system and didn’t complain. As it was our first time in Japan we thought it was normal for it to be humid in the room! Once they became aware of the issue they fixed it immediately! The cleaning staff were also very attentive of our needs!

The staff at Centurion Grand Hotel are absolutely amazing! They treat you with a great amount of hospitality and kindness which put me at ease while traveling. I also thought that the room was sufficient in size and didn’t feel too cramped. Most importantly, this location is the key point of the hotel. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the Akasaka-Mitsuke line, which connects you to great shopping hubs like Shibuya and Ginza. I would highly recommend this hotel!

This hotel is Terrible, the room was dirty, smelly, the hotel overall was not like the pictures in Expedia. The location is close to a subway line, but the area is bad at nighttime. Not a place to stay with your family.
