Was exactly what I was hoping. Just a great place to sleep, shower, and relax during all the exploring. Location is fantastic. Just a few minutes away from the train station. I enjoyed my experience there and will definitely book again if I go back to Japan

I am quite pleased with this capsule hotel. The staff was lovely and friendly. The only issue was the lack of sound isolation in the capsules, but nevertheless my stay was overall pleasant.

The hotel was very easy to navigate, they gave me locks to put on my bags so they couldn’t be stolen as well as a decent size locker for my backpack. Food was included and was pretty decent. The shower area was clean although washing myself on a stool was a new experience. I have tattoos (2 small, 1 mid-size) and didn’t have any problem.

If you are going to akihibara to nerd out or explore japanese culture, look no further. This hotel is as good as it gets. It's perfect and has a tattoo friendly onsen. Amazing staff, huge capsules, great food, if i find myself back in tokyo this is where i will be.

This property was clean and easy to get to. The capsule is comfortable, offers sufficient lighting and phone/electrical hook ups in the capsule. The group bathroom was clean, but would have liked to see more food options.

The staff are very nice and helpful. The amenities for the price per night makes this hotel very affordable if you use everything available to you. Around 60-100 CAD a night depending on when. Literally beside Akihabara, shopping and sightseeing is super convenient. The hotel includes: A free drink bar, 5 free alcoholic drinks every night starting at 5pm with a large selection of liqour, Massage Chairs, Sauna, Hot Tub, Bathhouse, Coin-Op laundry, free toothbrushes and razors. My only complaint is that the capsules are quite stuffy and a little too warm to my liking but everything else was perfect. This will be my 1st choice when coming back to Japan and seeing Akihabara again.

I tried the capsule thing. I won’t be doing it again you have to put your stuff in lockers, which are too small for a big backpack and a large suitcase. On the capsule door, there is no lock. The people that run the hotel are very nice. Outside of the hotel the only thing that I found were girly bars and sex shops and a small handful of restaurants. Everyone that I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I will go back to Japan, but I will not stay in that area of Tokyo.
