For 3 adults having a triple bed option was great. Location was extremely nice as convenience stores and restaurants galore. Very clean and organized room. It is small in footage so don’t bring a lot of luggage to try to manage in room. It can make it awkward trying to move around. Amenities were all there if you forgot something.

I had a fantastic stay at Candeo Hotels Tokyo Shimbashi! The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help, which made check-in and every interaction smooth and pleasant. The room was spotless, modern, and well-designed, with a very comfortable bed and great city views. The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from Shimbashi Station, making it easy to explore Tokyo’s top spots like Ginza and Tokyo Tower. Despite being in a busy area, the hotel feels peaceful and quiet inside. The rooftop spa is an amazing bonus. Relaxing in the open-air bath while overlooking the city lights was the perfect way to end each day. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, offering a nice variety of Japanese and Western options. Everything felt well thought out and high quality. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, convenience, and relaxation perfectly. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo!

We are a family of three staying at the hotel for two nights. The front reception is on the 11/f and there is no staff just two lifts on the ground floor. The area seems safe but could feel a bit quiet while waiting for the lifts going up. Amenities and facilities are good with this size. There are laundry service as well as washing machine and dryer. Amenities are great . There are toothbrushes, slippers (even kids size) and spa wear provided. Shampoo and shower gel are good quality. Morning buffet can be busy as the dining area is small. It serves majority Japanese style breakfast with some English breakfast selection. The last order time is 10:30am and the buffet finishes at 11am. We were rejected for purchasing breakfast ticket at 10:29am so don’t be too last minute especially with the crowd otherwise there are lots of choices in other towns eg akihabara with just 9 minutes walk to the train station. The restaurants around the hotels are mainly opened for later of the day. Spa is great and the lifts are particularly busy with people going up to spa in the evening. Room size is not bad there is a long window sofa that provides extra space for rest and storage. Generally we are happy with the hotel stay with the price and the comfort provided. It is value for money and generally good quality .

Super location in Shinbashi with lots of amazing dining/drinking options steps from the hotel. Shimbaski train station is five mins walk; Ginza is 15- min walk.

Such a lovely hotel. The price was very reasonable, the room was comfortable and rhe public bath was really wonderful. So relaxing after a long flight. The hotel was easily accessible from Haneda airport and I enjoyed the breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again.
