This hotel was absolutely fantastic!!! I have stayed at a lot of different luxury hotels, and this one is definitely at the top of my list. Think of a high class aveda spa and turn that into a hotel... just top notch. The room was incredibly spacious and very close to the train station. However, it was the service that made this hotel experience the absolute best. The check in process took 5 minutes, our bags were immediately in our room and everything was done for us the entire 7 days we were there. Everyone was incredibly helpful. I am now spoiled for other hotels. 100000% DEFINITELY STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!

Staff were professional, friendly and provided excellent service. The hotel is located in a very convenient location, to lots of walkable amenities. It is located on the 18th floor, however, the view from the 39th floor to the 46th is immaculate. Hotel is clean, well taken cared of. The room was beautiful, spacious and view was amazing. This is one hotel that deserves another stay when back in Tokyo.
