The staff weren’t as knowledgeable as we had hoped when it came to dining and attractions in the area but that is as much a difference in North American perspective I think as anything else. What a great location for a hotel! Walkable to Shinjuku Station, night life etc. the amenities were great- always stashed with water, toiletries etc. 24/7 coffee, tea etc was a plus. I would absolutely stay here again. From one hotel to the next, the hotel held our luggage for us so we could explore before check in. So so nice!!

It was a wonderful experience. Every staff member was so nice and helpful! There are several lobby areas to hang out and even the guests were all super friendly because we were all so happy with how we were being treated by the hotel staff.

Perfect stop right in the middle of shinjuku, traveling with 3 was a bit tight in one room but we made it work! Clear communication with the staff and housekeeping service, if you denied service they still left a bag with refreshed waters, toothbrushes, and towels. Happy hour in the lobby was a lovely surprise alongside the free breakfast. Definitely worth the price!
