Everything was perfect. Our room was big, spacious, very clean, and very centrally located. Our family loved everything about this hotel. We walked to many nearby attractions, and shopping was all around us. Communication before and during our stay was very much appreciated. We can't wait to stay again.

Room was clean upon entry. There’s basically no one to ask about things though (such as garbage removal). The 2 large beds are each nice and roomy but there’s no space between them so with 4 adults you’re basically all sharing a bed. The other 4 smaller beds are only sufficient for smaller people, especially those in the underneath hidey-hole. The washer does ok but takes forever and drying clothes is a joke - even after multiple runs over 4-6 hours the items were still wet. Very problematic given you’re on your own to launder towels and bedding if you need/want clean ones (and you likely will especially if you’re using the kitchen and use even a small towel for washing / drying dishes)

The place is very close to Skytree but a bit if walk to the surrounding Train Stations. But overall the place is really quiet and safe.
