This is a very practical hotel to stay in. It is clean and inexpensive. No bells or whistles. You will not regret book at this hotel but you will miss western or more upscale amenities. The location was very ideal for shopping, eating, and transiting to different areas of Tokyo. Lots of great places to eat in the area. The hotel is also close to a pickup location for limousine bus shuttle service to Haneda airport for a very reasonable rate (way better than lugging your heavy luggage through those subway stairs).The hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff. I especially loved their self bag storage system. It was so convenient to check out early and store your bags until departure.

This hotel is dated but extremely clean. I had a small issue with the firmness of the beds but the staff worked to resolve the issue quickly and to beyond satisfaction. I would recommend the Akiba Washington to anyone without issue. Great hotel.
