We LOVED this hotel- location was perfect for subway, shopping, and eating. Staff is very friendly and they even have an area to make your own matcha drink in the lobby. Coffee machine, water and pastries are also included in price of stay, and there is a nice seating area inside or outside to relax and enjoy. The staff was very accommodating and let us store our luggage until it was time for us to leave for the airport (18:00). The rooms are comfortable and clean - would definitely recommend!

Room was on the smallish side with not much of a view. However, the price was right, the staff was super friendly and it was right in the heart of the Ginza district. Room is clean. Standard size of the room in Japan for 2 people. ( mine is Deluxe Twins) All staffs are nice and polite. I love they provide mini croissant, drinks and coffee in the lobby. Hotel location is so convenient.
