We LOVED this hotel- location was perfect for subway, shopping, and eating. Staff is very friendly and they even have an area to make your own matcha drink in the lobby. Coffee machine, water and pastries are also included in price of stay, and there is a nice seating area inside or outside to relax and enjoy. The staff was very accommodating and let us store our luggage until it was time for us to leave for the airport (18:00). The rooms are comfortable and clean - would definitely recommend!

Room is clean. Standard size of the room in Japan for 2 people. ( mine is Deluxe Twins) All staffs are nice and polite. I love they provide mini croissant, drinks and coffee in the lobby. Hotel location is so convenient.

The breakfast is in the reception/ front desk area which is not very big and so all the tables are surrounded by bags they store for guests. The breakfast comes in a box ( traditional Japanese) so there are no options. They offer some pastries which quality was very inferior compare to other pastries we had in Tokyo. No coffee maker with latte or capuccino options. Only black coffee and tea. There are two great cafes very close by where we had breakfast. The location is very good but the rooms are super tiny. comfortable beds, pillows, spacious room for a tokyo room, we can open 2 checkin bags and 1carry on at the same time. Boyfriend celebrated his bday during our trip too and they fixed a little congratulations on the bed on the day of our arrival. Near Asakusa Toie line and Hibiya line and a little walk to Ginza line. I’m giving Agora 3 / 5 because they charged me US$12 for a missing key card! This is the only hotel that I’ve stayed at to do this. I opted to pay at the hotel instead of thru Expedia and I was charged US$30 more than what i agreed with Expedia. The front desk asked me if that is okay. Like I have a choice to decline at that point at 8pm! The breakfast is great. The room is very small. The hotel is located in a very walkable area with Family Mart and 711 on both ends of the block.
