Great place to stay and I highly recommended, location near Ueno. I see people in the comments complaining about room size, this is Tokyo, that is typical here. Those people distort genuine feedback. I would definitely stay here again.

Building structure unique with open centre. Rooms were small but great use of space, especially in the washrooms. Gluten-free restaurant in lobby which offered a wide variety of dinner options and two breakfast options.

Booked the room for 2 and was given a tiny room which I am not sure if it was the room I actually requested or they are just very small. Overall it was ok just no ammenities or common areas to sit down if you want to eat outside the room. The staff are very helpful!

Amazing customer service! Our hotel was clean and provided with many items to make our stay convenient! This was a very central and great location with a 7/11 across the street, shops walking distance and train stations also walking distance! This was a great place to come back to after the hustle bustle of the day it was quiet and we ran into zero issues! My only thing I’d have to say is I would recommend a good vacuum within each room! But we had the most wonderful stay!!
