The room was very small by western standards and a bit of a walk. Defoe something near ueno station the price as right and the staff friendly. The breakfast had limited options but ok. Overall close to Ueno park and able to get to all of Tokyo easily.

Could be a plus if they can offer the transportation to the airport. The rooms are small but quite enough to enjoy your stay in Tokyo. I will comeback in the future using the same hotel brand.

The staff is amazing. They try everything to help out the customer. Though the location is a bit far from the station, around 10-12 min walking, the room is cleaned and with everything you needed. Despite the warmer is too hot for us at the night and is unadjustable

It’s a bit of a walk to Ueno station, but very convenient if you don’t mind a short walk. Ueno has a direct train to Narita. About a 10 min walk from the hotel. Clean rooms & lovely staff. Stayed for 2 weeks and was very satisfied.
