Our overall stay was great. Tge only bad thing was washing machines. There should be more on womens side. Other than that i would stay at this hotel and recommend since its close to food , supermarket and trainstations.

Good locaton

It's located right in front to the station, it's three stops away from Tokyo station, and a few minutes from Daiba. The room was clean and with enough space. Only downside, there was a slight smell of smoke when we arrived.

The room was infested with gnats. The ventilation is terrible in the bathroom, the vent barely worked. There’s a separating between the wall and the shower and all the built up moisture caused the gnats. The bathrooms are super tiny. Everyday my wife and I killed about 15-20 gnats in the bathroom. The gnats also traveled to the living area. The gnats made our stay very annoying and uncomfortable. I do like the subway station was less than a 5 minute walk to the Shiomi station so this made transportation easy and convenient for us.

I loved how close to transportation this hotel was. Also liked the option of opening the window as the conditioning system is controlled by the hotel & not the rooms individually; found it to be quite warm but opening the wimdiw helped a lot.

Inexpensive, Western-style hotel near Big Sight. Shiokaze Bridge to the north is a brief walk and offers a nice view, from the river, especially during the evening. The hotel is attached to a Lawson and there is a Family Mart across the nearest intersection. There is also a grocery store by the nearby station. The nearest station is Shiomi Station which only grants access to the Keiyō line which goes to Tokyo Station as well as a handful of stations in Chiba. It is not an active district of Tokyo, so while there are not many notable tourist experiences within walking distance, there is also not a lot of noise and foot traffic. It's worth noting if you plan to go to Big Sight for an event that there is a one-stop ride to change to the Rinkai line at Shin-Kiba Station, so plan accordingly if you bring anything big or heavy, especially during peak hours.

The room was very compact and efficiently designed. It had all of my desired amenities except one (a safe). It was very conveniently located to my reason for being in that part of Tokyo - which was to be close to the Tokyo Disney parks. It offered free access to Japanese bath plus the necessary accoutrements (a yakuta) but sadly I didn't have the energy to indulge given my long days at the Disney parks. But this pwrk does raise it above many other facilities. I would stay here again were I to return to the Tokto Disney parks.

If you're someone who's planning to go to Disney then this is a hotel you should consider. Situated right next to a JE line station makes this one of the most convenient hotels I've stayed in yet. My only issue with the property is the Aircon, or lack of. The system is controlled by the main board which in turn is controlled by the weather. You do have individual air con controls but the system is either set to heating or cooling which affects yours

Nice hotel, staff is super accommodating and helpful. Our hotel A/C was not working unfortunately. The room itself felt like a hotbox unless you cracked the window open. Only downside of cracking the window is you’re prone to letting mosquitos in.

We stayed at this Hotel for 7 nights. It’s a wonderful hotel that is reasonably priced for Tōkyō and for Us was strategically located. It’s 3 stops to The Disney Resort and in the other direction 3 stops to Tokyo Station. The Hotel is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The check in is a self serve Kiosk however the Staff did not hesitate to step in and help when they noticed me with a confused look. The breakfast was very good with a great variety. It’s actually a brunch and they have something for everyone. The public bath downstairs very clean and is a great amenity and was very relaxing after a long day of walking. I have 2 small tattoos and the front desk will give you tattoo coverup patches to use for the Onsen. The neighborhood is quiet but I would recommend earplugs if you’re a light sleeper because of the Metro passing by. It did not bother me. The rooms are small….buy it is Japan and that’s how they typically are. We managed with 2 carry on bags but if you’re bringing larger suitcases you may be bothered by the lack of floor space. I don’t necessarily agree with the 10:00 am check out but you can extend it for 1, 2, or 3 hours for a reasonable charge. They will also hold your luggage for a few hours at no cost. We checked out at 10:00, had them watch our luggage, had a relaxing breakfast and then left. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
