Rooms were very clean and staff was very helpful. I was worried because after booking i noticed some reviews talking about noise issues due to location, but I didn’t have a problem. Rooms are small, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo. It’s also in a convenient location close to Shinjuku station making it easy to get to other parts of the city. Overall, would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Breakfast is manly indian food. But you can get omlets and pancakes the location is safe. Good location easy walk to Don Quijote anf train station. Hotel is clean and very quit no issues checking in or out. BUT you are surrounded by scamers trying to drag you into hostess bars. They where even standing on hotel stairs at entrance. Staff made no effort to make them leave. If youre with kids or by yourself and dontblike that BS DONT stay here. Its non stop harassment from time you leave train station until you get insude hotel!!!

Excellent price, excellent location. Close to Shinjuku Station, which makes it easy to get everywhere. And you're right in the middle of the neon lights of Shinjuku, if you want the Bladerunner vibe. Rooms are a bit small, but that's common for Tokyo. Plus, you're not coming to Japan to hang out in your room all day, right?

We arrived after a very long flight and were very exhausted, and hoped to store our luggage at the hotel before we went to grab food. However, we were met by a man at the desk who seemed very unwelcoming and expressed unhappiness through sighs and tuts every time we asked him something. It made us feel quite uncomfortable and guilty to ask him questions. Aside from that poor first impression, the rooms and bathrooms are small and but the amenities provided daily are lovely. They provide new shower and hand towels, and new paper cups, which me and my girlfriend appreciated. There also is only one elevator, which made going to the rooms and back out quite a hassle. It wasn't a major inconvenience for our stay, but I can imagine instances where the single elevator can become troublesome.
