The bed was very comfortable. I had a 9 day stay and was able to sleep well which was something I was concerned about especially as a plus size woman. Although the room was small it was spacious for Japan standards. Bathroom was also a good size and easy to maneuver.

Cleaning staff were excellent. They always made sure we had ample supply of linen for bathroom and trash was collected daily. Mandatory cleaning of room every 3 days. Concierge service very helpful too to find transportation route to certain areas of city. I did not care for self check in as there is no staff at counter altho there is someone to assist at check in at automated machines. Rooms were small and tight even for single traveler but okay enough to fit my large and medium size luggage.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful and courteous. The Onsen/Spa area was nice. I would suggest that the vending machine, microwave and ice dispenser should all be under one area for better convenience, unless it was on purpose? So it doesnt get crowded?
