Enjoyable stay at APA! Rooms were cleaned/restocked every 3 days. I will say, I didn't like how there was no "do not disturb signs" or that they kept extra leaving towels for me. It felt like they wanted me to fold laundry when I was on vacation. I don't remember other APAs doing this, its not a big deal, but maybe next time I won't accept the bag of towels every time. I had like 5-6 bags of towels at the end of my 2 week stay that I didn't use.

One of the better hotel locations to stay around for the Akibahara area, just outside the main electric town but close enough for easy access to the train station and the different routes. The cleanliness of the rooms are always a positive and the staff themselves are easily responsive and can be easily talked to. The air conditioning is one major highlight as well as with the humidity of the environment it serves to be a big help at the end of the day.

The room was well kept and clean, the mattress are soft but thin so you fee the hard frame below. It’s a normal bed for the area but since I am from the US it’s just different than I am use too. Being from a much warmer climate I’m used to having A/C year round but it is centraly controlled at the hotels here so it was on heat. I recommend bringing a portable fan to use if you need background noise and to move so air. Over all I would recommend it for a good stay at a great price.

Clean, safe, quiet, and friendly staff. Rooms are smaller but there is plenty of storage space beneath the bed and my partner and I found it to be a great little hotel. It is extremely walkable to get to restaurants, shopping, train station, etc. but off to the side enough that it isn't right in the middle of the busiest part of Akihabara.

The staff were very friendly and being able to store our luggage prior to check in was great. However, the lobby was very crowded as that was where the luggage was stored. The food options available to purchase were limited and having to go down 14 floors for a microwave was very inconvenient too. For the price I would have expected at least coffee available instead of the instant in our rooms.
