Room smelled bad. Didn’t ask to change too tired. Breakfast buffet was good but 30% or so of the cost of the room. The staff other than the front desk was amazing. I don’t think I’ve had anyone so willing to go the extra mile.

幼児の子どもと2人で宿泊しました。 子どもは初めてのホテル宿泊で不安になったのか着くなりやっぱり家に帰りたい…と言っていました。 しかし子ども用のアメニティや、フロント横のウェルカムドリンクにすだちジュースをいただいて、『酸っぱくて美味しいねー！』とご機嫌に。 また化粧水や乳液、クレンジング、マウスウォッシュなど女性に嬉しいアメニティも豊富で有難いです。 部屋も清潔で窓からの景色も良く、とても快適に気持ちよく過ごす事が出来ました。 ベッドサイドの台には、充電用のマルチケーブル（タイプC、ライトニング、MicroUSBなど）もあり、細やかな配慮に驚きました。 朝食ビュッフェがホテル2階の渡り廊下先に隣接する会場で食べられます。 和食、洋食、徳島ラーメンやうどんなど種類も豊富。クロワッサンがパリッとフワッととても美味しかったです！ 目移りしていろんなメニューを取りましたがどれも美味しく、子どもも嬉しそうでした！ 子どもが食器の片付けをしようとしていたら、返却棚を回収したスタッフさんがちょうど通りかかり、 『お下げしましょうか？お、自分でやってみる？いいよ、気をつけてね。そこ届くかな？おー！出来たね、ありがとう。』とお忙しい中優しく声かけして下さり、子どもはお腹も心も大満足の様子でした。 朝食会場の一階にはローソンもありとても便利です。 また、ホテルから車で5分圏内に24時間スーパーや24時まで営業してるドラッグストアもあり、非常に利便性が高いです。 スタッフさんがみなにこやかに応対して下さり、終始本当に気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました！また泊まりに行きたいです！

Schönes Hotel in guter Lage direkt am Fluss. Es gibt Supermärkte, Lawson usw. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch eine Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit, allerdings fahren generell die Busse nicht so oft. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, man hat uns aktiv früher ins Zimmer gelassen, das es schon bereit war. Das ist sehr unüblich in Japan. Das Zimmer an sich hat normale japanische Größe und war sauber. Das Bad war auch sauber, wirkte aber schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen aufgrund des guten Gesamtpakets.

チェックイン時、フロント係が朝食の説明で、いきなり「朝食会場がわかりますか」と言った。 旅行宿泊客に対して何ということか。当然にわかりませんと返答したら、場所の説明を始めた。最初から変なホテルだと思った。 バスタブのお湯（１／３位のお湯量）を排水したら、床に漏水してトイレの脇まで水浸しになった。床に黒カビのような汚れがあるので、随分と長い間そのままだったと推測する。 朝食では食事中の席札を渡さないのはおかしい。お皿の隣に置いてあるだけ。
