チェックインやチェックアウトは機械でやるのですが、ホテルに到着したのがチェックイン開始時刻あたりだったせいか、チェックイン待ちの長～い行列ができていてびっくりしました。チェックインのためにあんなに行列ができているのは初めて見ました。その上フロントやロビーも狭いので、もうちょっと何とかならないものかと思いました。9月も予約しているので、改善していただけるとありがたいです。
