1. The tariff was terribly misleading. The exorbitant cleaning cost of Euro 153 was not stated anywhere in the booking process. Self cleaning was not an option because there was no vacuum cleaner or cleaning materials. The linen fee of Euro 21 per person was high considering the poor quality of the towels.
2. The wi fi did not work. And even a second wifi address did not work. We requested a reduction in tariff but this was denied.
3. The kitchen sink had no plug and the tap was loose within the bench top.
4. There was no under floor heating in the bathroom.
5. The panel heater in the bathroom was loose on the wall.
6, We tried to notify the managers of these items but the requirement to download images was rather inconvenient as the images would not download. Not surprising given the issues with no wifi.
Everything considered we conclude we made a poor choice based on the overall cost and the marginal facilitates.
