Amazing place! I love that it was a bit outside of town as it was way more private. Loved the swimming pool and jacuzzi, last one at night was a joy! You could see a lot of stars. Also, the attention from everybody was great!

This is a beautiful slice of heaven on Earth. I stayed in one of the domes. It was the perfect place to relax, enjoy a private firepit at night, and get a peaceful night sleep. I will definitely be back!

Overall, I had a great experience at this hotel. Everything was very well maintained, and the staff—though a small team—were incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. The property is beautiful and perfect for couples or anyone looking to truly disconnect. I highly recommend staying in the “dome” rooms for a unique experience. Getting there can be a bit challenging due to the sandy road, but once you arrive, it feels like a hidden paradise. The beach is practically untouched, very quiet, and ideal for complete relaxation. A few suggestions to enhance the experience: the atmosphere can be too quiet at times—adding one or two hours of more upbeat music at the pool could help. Also, the hotel has a pizza oven that isn’t being used, which feels like a missed opportunity for a great lunch offering. Lastly, I asked if I could invite two friends to visit, planning to spend at the restaurant and bar, but they were required to purchase a day pass. Given how quiet the hotel is and that I was already a guest, this felt inflexible. We ended up going elsewhere, which was a missed F&B opportunity for the hotel. Overall, a beautiful place with excellent service, and with a bit more flexibility and small enhancements, it could be even better.

Very private location. Staff was amazing, very attentive! They felt like friends after our stay. Would definitely stay again. We stayed in Dome #11 which was great, air conditioning was super efficient and effective too. Had breakfast at Na Ha both mornings, also great.

Beautiful hotel with villas and a great swimming pool/bar as well as lagoon for kayaking right to the ocean beach. We had a king room with private hot tub on the patio and our own private enclosed yard with hammock and table. The location is quiet and a little bit of a drive from centre of town but we preferred that.

Our stay at La Poza exceeded our expectations. The grounds are amazing!! the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating!! The facilities were excellent!! We are already planning our return!! One suggestion, rent a car. The roads in and out are very challenging. Be sure the GPS on your phone works as navigating without would be very difficult.

As a bird watcher, the estuary at the edge of La Poza was extraordinary! I added over twenty new species of birds to my lifetime list and learned about the behavior of Magnificent frigate birds! There is a resident Osprey and multiple herons. The staff of the hotel is extraordinary; so kind and personable! We stayed almost a week and I was sorry to leave.

We had an excellent stay at La Poza. We stayed in one of the Dome rooms which are nice and secluded. They come with a hammock and a fire pit which were so fun! The staff were incredibly nice, fun, and thoughtful. We’d totally come back. The food and drinks were really yummy and the pool was beautiful. Note you must have a car when you stay here because it’s off the beaten path and down a dirt road. That said, having a car near Todos Santos in general is necessary if you want to explore!

The hotel is an area away from the noise of the downtown area of Todos Santos located along a natural estuary and the Pacific Ocean. Upon arrival the staff is welcoming and friendly with information to make your stay enjoyable. The staff is very helpful not only with on property questions or needs but with assisting you around the nearby areas as well. The rooms are very clean and set up in such a way that you have privacy and it is very quiet. The pool, hot tub, and activities are easy to use and available. The restaurant and bar service is friendly and well crafted.

Wow all around. Gorgeous, spotless property in an amazing location. Kayaks in the lagoon to access the beautiful nearby beaches and enjoy the lagoon itself are a great amenity. Food and other amenities were great, and the staff was just amazing. Everyone had the perfect balance of super relaxed and warm demeanor while being completely on point and genuinely concerned with the guest experience. I extended my stay twice, and had an unique, relaxing and uplifting vacation. I've worked in and around the service industry all my life, and these folks are all first rate. Props and gratitude to everyone working there, from Damaryse and Sara at the front desk to Carlos, Eder, Brian and Emiliano on the wait/bar staff, Ulysses the manager and Andre the chef. Everyone made me feel like a friend, and they are all intelligent, interesting people if you get a chance to talk with them. Even Julio from the kitchen staff recognized me when I was walking back from town and offered a ride. Someone I became friends with in the neighborhood had the same things to say about the staff. Would def stay again and give them the highest recommendation.
