I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my visit. Not only was the TV screen broken but the desk staff (male) didn't seem to give a crap and made an excuse that the cable was cut,,,and yet it was working in other areas, he just didn't want to replace the TV or move me to another room for the night! The general building Maintence could be improved as all the small things (flickering lights,loose toilet seat ,flapper valve in toilet sticking etc.) all eventually add up to a run down building! *On a positive note,,,the AC and shuttle service was good!

It is Ok for a few hours

This property is located very close from the airport, it is ok if you are going to stay for a few hours waiting for a connection flight, however, the property is in very bad condition. They offer free shuttle service to the airport.

I always stay here at this hotel. Its not 5 star but its convenient affordable and close to the airport. The staff are so sweet especially the beautiful lady with the green eyes at the front desk. She always ensures that im comfortable and I understand whats being said in Spanish. The rooms and bathrooms are really nice but if you look from the outside you would have no idea. The wifi works perfectly and the bathroom are built like modern homes.The only suggestion I would give the property manager is to clean the outside of the compound and paint because closed minded people would turn away. Other than that, I will be back very soon. I always stop at this place when visiting panama even if its for a day because I travel for work.

It got the job done for the price, for an overnight layover close to the airport. That is if you are just looking for a place to crash for one night. Staff were helpful and courteous which is probably the property's best asset.

We stayed because we had a 12 Hour layover. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the shower had strong water pressure, but front desk person rude.

This was my first hostel stay. I know they are meant to be an affordable option-and it was. My bed and linens were clean and comfortable and great AC. My shower had a couple of inches of standing water in the basin (but was hot) and my toilet leaked from the handle all over the bathroom floor. Overall, it was fine for my 11.5 hour layover.

This property is perfect as a layover rest stop for passengers at PTY Panama Tocumen airport. The room and the amenities are as basic as it gets. They sell water and other drinks by the lobby. Even though it’s walkable, it’s best to get an uber or taxi from the airport to get here. The best part is that from the hotel, they have a free airport shuttle that leaves at 5 am, 8 am, and 1 pm. 🕐
