Todo fatal con el hotel desde la recepción hasta la habitación en general pésimo necesita mucho mantenimiento y limpieza en lo personal la habitación con toallas sucias habitación sucia sin agua en el WC el control de la TV no servía el ventilador solo daba a la pared la piscina con el agua turbia nada que ver con las fotos del lugar yo creo las fotos eran cuando inauguraron por qué ni siquiera la fachada coincidían pésima experiencia

Para nada es como lo promocionan en internet, El wc no servia, no llegaba agua a la caja y tuvimos que soportar la suciedad. Lo reportamos a administracion y nunca solucionaron. El cuarto estaba sucio. Las almohadas manchadas de amarillo. Las albercas ni ganas de meterse a nadar. Las toallas olían a humedad. Un desastre total.

La estancia en lo general es buena pero los accesorios en el baño ya están muy cansados. De la regadera sales algunos hilos de agua apuntando a diferentes direcciones y resulta muy complicado el baño. En el lavabo los herrajes lucen verdes y oxidados, el wc estaba estrellado y el marco del espejo muy gastado. Es un buen lugar para quedarse si no te fijas mucho en el sanitario, las albercas lucen limpias y el personal en todo momento fue amable.

Pésimo lugar, insalubre, con chinches, sucio, poco higiénico y sobre todo, falsean la información poniendo fotos (quizás) pasadas. Nada que ver con las imágenes que publican en Expedía. Eso me da pie a pensar que Expedía no checa las instalaciones antes de subirlas a su aplicación??? Estaría bien que CHECARAN cada lugar por si mismos, ya que con estas sorpresas, ya no dan ganas de conservar dicha aplicación!!

No lo recomiendo, lugar sucio y viejo

Wifi terrible, la tele no estaba conectada a internet, cucarachas en el cuarto, mucho tiempo sin agua, ventanas rotas y entraban los moscos, nadie te atiende en la noche, pésimo lugar nisiquiera dan mantenimiento, todo está hecho un asco y viejo, deberían remodelar urgentemente
