Beautiful Hotel with Stunning Lobby

Beautiful Hotel Stunning Lobby. Located across from the main city park. Hotel pool is gorgeous. Hotel also has tennis court. Extremely walkable to many city sites.

Lovely

Lovely remodeled old building in the center of town is safe and comfortable. Feels like a vacation just arriving there in the grand atrium. Rooms are large and tidy. Service is very nice. Pool wasn’t clean but it was too chilly to use anyway. It’s cold in the morning so breakfast, which is semi-al fresco involves coats but it’s a great spread with friendly service. WiFi was good in public areas but a little weak in the room- still ok though.

Great location, room could use a facelift

Location is amazing and the staff was very friendly. I was not very happy about the room, it just felt like it could use a facelift. Toilet was chipping and just looked unpleasant, the shower leaked water into the main area of the bathroom and towels were just stiff and rough. It was a double room and paid for extra guest but they only had two towels. We did get additional towels by the receptionist. BTW, the receptionist were very friendly and helpful.

Es la tercera ocasión que me hospedo en este hotel y todo excelente pero en esta ocasión para mí estancia hice uso de mis puntos cash de Expedia para pagar parte de la habitación que elegí pero me asignaron una habitación muy obscura , sucia ruidosa porque ahí descendía el caudal del drenaje y cada bajada de baño de las habitaciones de arriba se escuchaba toda el agua y se accionaba como un motor o algo que no pude identificar no sé si por emplear parte de mis beneficios de Expedia y que fue realmente mínima la diferencia que tuve que cubrir me asignarían esta habitación. No fue nada agradable mi estancia y las almohadas otro punto negativo HORRIBLES nada cómodas o confortables deberían invertir un poco es este aspecto que es un punto clave para poder descansar

1.- la habitación le falta mantenimiento, 2.- Yo pague a Expedia un importe mayor al que el Hotel me facturó, pedí una solución en recepción y no me la dieron, cuando antes ya me había hospedado en el hotel por medio de una aplicación y me habían facturado por el importe que pague.

Es bonito pero le falta mantenimiento, las llaves de la regadera se sacaban y no se dejaba abrir o cerrar bien, la alberca súper fría sin calefacción, al reservar decía desayuno incluido y al final tenías que paga por los del niño.

El hotel es hermoso, el estado de conservación del edificio histórico es de lo mejor. Han sabido adecuar las instalaciones conservando ese aire virreinal en sus muros y patios. La limpieza en lo general es excelente y las áreas comunes lucen relucientes (lobby, salones, comedor). Sin embargo, el gran problema es el servicio. No es que el personal sea grosero (para nada, de hecho, mis respetos para los meseros del comedor a la hora del desayuno), más bien se queda en la mediania y nunca llega a pasar de la "cordialidad". A continuación algunos ejemplos: 1. En check in, la recepcionista se acotó a decirnos nuestro número de habitación y el botones a entregarnos las maletas (que agradecemos nos hayan prestado servicio de guarda equipaje al llegar antes del check in). Entenderán que algunos huéspedes nos sentimos mucho mejor cuando nos acompañan hasta nuestra habitación para no ir adivinando la ruta. 2. El basurero de la habitación no había sido vaciado de los huéspedes anteriores (a pesar de ya haber sido limpiada) 3. Deben encontrar una manera más eficiente (o más apoyo) para la preparación de jugos. Mi acompañante nunca recibió el suyo y cuando se acercó a preguntar si estaría pronto la señorita solo le comentó "es que tengo muchos que hacer" 4. Durante el check out nunca preguntaron si teníamos algun comentario y ni siquiera se sugirió que "nos esperaban de regreso" (se quedó en un "eso es todo") Pueden parecer nimiedades, pero son pequeños detalles que importan
