Wonderful stay.

This hotel was amazing. Located very close to the zocalo and other attractions. Very clean and modern. The staff was super helpful fulfilling my every request, and the building is very secure. They have a beautiful roof garden with an awesome view. It was so great that we changed our plans and extended our stay an additional 3 nights. When I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Agradable, cómodo y a buen precio. Buena ubicación, cercano al centro de Tlaxcala y el Zócalo. El único tema es que las habitaciones no están insonorizadas, se escuchan ruidos de las habitaciones contiguas y el tráfico de la avenida.

El personal del Hotel, que nos hizo el check inn, la verdad muy atento, pero el servicio telefonico para atenciones y la chica que confirmo mi hospedaje, les falta mucha capacitacion, mande mensajes y nunca los contestaron y el chico muy grosero. pero el estacionamiento, habitaciones, estuvo muy bien.
