Wonderful stay.

This hotel was amazing. Located very close to the zocalo and other attractions. Very clean and modern. The staff was super helpful fulfilling my every request, and the building is very secure. They have a beautiful roof garden with an awesome view. It was so great that we changed our plans and extended our stay an additional 3 nights. When I come back, I will definitely stay here again.

Lo malo es que reservé 4 noches, quise modificar a 3 noches para no atrasarme en mi regreso pero me dijeron que no se pudo porque ya se había registrado así mediantes la app, entonces hablé a la app y le puse al telefono al encargado en turno no llegaron a un acuerdo tanto la app ni el encargado, les falta flexibilidad al cliente, siendo que recomendamos mediante la calidad del servicio, por otra parte el hotel está ubicado a 5mins del centro, buena atención y limpio
