Property under construction, no visible signs for the entrance, the room was ok, the shower head was pouring water all over, the drain was clogged. I advised the front desk, nothing was done. No vip upgrade for room nor service, we were interrupted several times during breakfast trying to charge me for a service that it was included!! A hot mess, one said one thing, another person another thing!!

Mi inconformidad es con las instalaciones, se suponía que el hotel es 5 estrellas pero la verdad no, en cuanto al personal nada de que quejarme a excepción de dos trabajadores de la zona de comedor, el señor Julio César hacía comentarios poco agradables a sus compañeros frente a nosotros los comensales y de igual manera quien yo creo era el chef que ante una petición frecuente NUESTRA no halló mejor solución que pelear frente a nosotros con el mesero que nos estaba atendiendo.Por todo lo demás me voy satisfecha; el resto del personal es muy atento y servicial.
