They should train the waiters; they don't have a positive or friendly attitude. The cashier at the restaurant was chewing gum the whole time I saw her in a very unpleasant way, and it looks really bad.

La atención de las personas del frontdesk fue muy mala, ya que mi reservación fue cancelada en la primera noche porque estaban muy demandados y me dieron solo una opción de habitación mas cara con dos camas y yo tenía reservada una king size con mi esposa y adicionalmente al otro día me cobraron el resto de l reservación más cara que la aplicación después se dieron cuenta y me dijeron que solo podían regresarme mi dinero en consumo del restaurante. Ya había estado antes varias veces en el hotel y esta vez me trataron muy mal

La habitación es amplia y estaba limpia, sin embargo era muy fría, el termostato del aire acondicionado estaba marcado hasta 30 centígrados, sin embargo nunca calentó, pensé que estaba descompuesto pero el chico de la recepción me dijo que así eran todos, que si quería me daba una cobija extra. Otra incomodidad es que al llegar nadie se acercó a ayudarme con mis maletas y al preguntarle al muchacho que estaba haciendo mi check in si alguien me iba a ayudar me respondió con tono de asombro, necesita que alguien le ayude? Definitivamente el espíritu de servicio no está en sus políticas, finalmente y justamente debido a que nadie me ayudó me di cuenta que no tienen rampas para facilitar el paso con las maletas de ruedas pero si escaleras de la recepción al elevador y en el sótano del elevador hasta el estacionamiento, por lo que hay que cargar las maletas en esos dos tramos y ni pensar en alguien que vaya en silla de ruedas, no es para nada accesible. Habia decidido por este lugar ya que tenía buenos comentarios pero la decepción fue total, como le comenté a la persona de la recepción, pensaba hacer un convenio para mandar ahí a mis empleados pero después de esta muy mala experiencia mejor me iré al hotel de al lado.

El internet es intermitente, se pierde la señal constantemente, ya sea para trabajar o ver TV se queda congelado. Por la noche se escucha el arrastre de sillas de las habitaciones contiguas.
