En la recepción muy mal. Ya lo comenté en el check inn. Pero la habitación la alberca el gimnasio son de buena calidad. El servicio de limpieza de la habitación es bueno y la señora de la limpieza es muy amable.

Es un gran problema el estacionamiento, sus boletos se desconfiguran y no puedes salir ninte ayudan en el boton de ayuda, tienes que regresar al hotel y no son amables

Los precios son carísimos aún sabiendo que te estas quedando en Cuautitlan Izcalli . Que no es una ciudad de primer mundo y no es la mas segura . Las habitaciones estandar pero vale $3,000 y la comida carísima . Un club sandwich $331 .
