We came here with my family and I must say it was a excellent experience. The only thing I would have to say is the exchange rate they have posted it’s advantageous to the hotel which is not a good business practice. Leaving the guest paying more than the nightly rate in pesos.

Area is clean and upbeat. Hotel charged me twice for room and was not able to just refund the extra charge without going through a lot of hassle, so disappointed with that. They charged me an extra $800 dollars!
