Perfectly located in the middle of Tivoli’s «centro storico». A beautiful residenza with 3 or 4 very stylish spacious rooms. Very nite, nice and clean rooms and surroundings, and a very helpful and sweet host, Marco, always at your disposal. We’ll definitely come back!

We stayed in a very wonderful guesthouse. The place is historic and area is walkable to most places you want to go. Marco the owner greeted us and showed us around and even offered to drive us to some attractions because we came by train. Amenities were great, house was very clean and safe. We only stayed 2 nites but enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was great at the place but there are lots of restaurants around the area.. Marco was very friendly and easy to talk to so we felt very welcome. Thanks again Marco!

Vi fik et dejligt ophold på Residenza Carlandi Tivoli, hvor vi boede 2 nætter. Et godt B&B midt i Tivoli. Værten + familie var fantastisk hjælpsomme, da vi havde problemer med at finde frem til huset. Værten var i øvrigt hjælpsom med ALT. Morgenmaden var italiensk med juice, cappuccino og croissant. Huset ligger, hvor der ikke må køre biler. Der var rent og pænt. Tæt på alle serværdigheder og restauranter. Betalingsparkering 200 m fra Residenza. Vi kan varmt anbefale stedet.

Il punto forte del B&B è la posizione. In centro, vicinissimo a tutto e con un parcheggio a pagamento coperto a 300 m dalla struttura (1€ l'ora). La colazione è servita in convenzione con un bar vicinissimo e veramente ottimo. La stanza era pulita, e abbastanza grande, un po' buia ma come generalmente accade nei palazzi in centro con poca distanza uno dall'altro. Accessori in camera come bollitore e macchina per espresso, in più una cucina attrezzata al piano per chi ne volesse fare uso. L'acqua in bottiglia offerta è stata molto apprezzata. Per chi è sensibile al rumore, la strada sotto la camera non è silenziosa. Il proprietario è molto attento e gentile.
