They said that they had a hot tub a pool ice machine and a washer and dryer washer clothes I got there just to be informed that everything was closed and then there was no breakfast they left out the part where there was a free breakfast there was just Denny's breakfast next door that you had to pay for You're supposed to update everything that you have in your facility and they had nothing All it was was your bedroom at least the bedroom smelled nice but you get what you pay for

There was an odd smell down the hall to the room. The lobby area was not appealing. The coffee was not good. There was a man in the lobby complaining about his security deposit, and a police officer had to be called. Another similar situation occurred as we were checking out. This hotel seems unsafe, and the clientele contributed to this feeling. Even though we booked 2 rooms for 9 total people we only were given 2 towels per room. And we had to beg for more towels and it took very long to get them. We also had to ask several times for a rollaway bed. The staff was nice. But I will not stay here again.

Nice Hotel. Not a 4 or 5 star, but reasonably maintained and cleaned. A very good value.

Listen, for budget travel and the price this place is great. It’s not 5 star but you’re not paying 5 star money. It’s across the street from beef o Brady’s, attached to dennys n Starbucks. Everyone was nice, yes it’s dated n smells a little moldy in the hall but for budget travel this place was great. It’s close to a Walmart n several bay front restaurants. About 20 mins driving to the beach. I will def stay again for my next cruise!

As we arrived at the property, we were surprised that the property was no longer affiliated with the Ramada group.
The Lobby din not offer a coffee, then the room had no coffee machine. and the Ice machine did not work.
What was more upsetting was that Expedia did not inform us that the hotel no longer was part of the Ramada or kept the Ramada Standards.

We drove in driveway and took a look at the sign missing and building looks like it is a banded. Drove around and window broken drapes half hanging and nothing been mowed and no other cars in parking lot. Did not go in! Went somewhere else!
