I called property to verify directions as the map had lead us to a questionable neighborhood. Was told that there was not a room available, they had overbooked, and that I would not be charged. However a couple days later I did see the charge. Called property for refund and was assured it would be taken care of within 3 days. This did not happen, contacted Hotels.com and they contacted the property and are working on the refund.
