“The room was really horrible. There was a very big fly and insect in the room. I did not sleep the whole night. The toilet was horrible and stained the wash sink was broken the water flooded in the bedroom. No body proper to handle any one guest checking. Manager srinivas is very inefficient. Too much of noise from other rooms. Wanted to inform that overall experience is pathetic for overseas customers. It seems ideal for very low end. Everything is very lowest standards. “Room was small and basic. Beds were comfortable. We asked for an extra bed. Took very long for the staff to set up the extra bed, that too only after multiple calls to the front desk. Food was good at the buffet. My parents were pleased with the food.
The complimentary driver accommodation was not clean. Someone had vomitter there and the room was not cleaned and there was no AC. The food they provided for the drivers with meal token was mediocre.”
