“Communication very poor, no reply at all to my messages. The room keys at a coded box she did nt even message me, I have to ask next door pizza shops for help with several phone calls. Very congested area opposite a redundant hospital. Tv does work all because of depleted controller battery. Have to climb a very steep to get there. Need live credit card to pay online for just 2 euros local tax which i couldn’t complete registration. Avoid”

“La struttura di speciale ha il personale molto gentile, professionale e cortese, il cibo la cui qualità è ottima e le preparazioni eccellenti! Unica nota un po' dolente è stata la prenotazione che nonostante prevedesse la permanenza di tre ospiti (due adulti ed un bambino) non ha considerato la mezza pensione anche per mio figlio! La culletta per due notti è stata pagata 10 euro in più a notte (e ne sono stata informata grazie ad una mia telefonata fatta in hotel qualche giorno prima del nostro...

“Die Unterkunft ist wirklich schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im alten Gästehaus, was sehr viel Charme hatte. Allerdings roch es aus dem Bidet etwas unangenehm, was während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts leider nicht gelöst werden konnte. Zudem müsste die Dichtung der Dusche erneuert werden. Das Personal ist aber sehr freundlich und das Frühstück für italienische Verhältnisse wirklich gut und mit frischen Eierspeisen. Das Menü war etwas durchwachsen und nahm von Gang zu Gang leider etwas an Qualität...

“It was economical compared to other places. It looks like it was recently renovated. There is not desk service 24/7 and so response is not immediate. The AC was not very strong and would not go below 22 degrees Celsius but if you are just looking for a clean place to stay the night while out traveling during the day it is a good spot. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around that you can reach by foot. And the train station is only 15 minutes away.”

“Struttura moderna e ben rifinita in una zona di snodo nella Sila Piccola. La stanza era molto ampia e confortevole. L’insonorizzazione non è delle migliori. Se i vicini sono rumorosi si rischia di non riposare. La colazione è ottima e ricca di prodotti del territorio. Abbiamo provato anche il ristorante e siamo rimasti positivamente stupiti per la bontà della pizza.”
