This is a nice hotel in a good location that is easily walkable to some of the mains places of interest as well as shops and restaurants. The room lacked a few amenities that I would expect in a 4 star hotel. For example it had a kettle and cups but no tea or coffee to make a drink. The staff were great and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay again but will bring some coffee with me next time!

It's a new hotel and so everything is clean but there's no coffee/tea/minibar items in the room. The breakfast is served at a nearby hotel which's not ideal if someone comes for breakfast very late (near 10.00am).The hotel is located close to all amneties, restaurants, public transport etc. and the staff were very nice and helpful.

What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.
