Pessoal muito educado e gentil. Pode melhorar no café da manhã. Muito próximo do centro permitindo andar a pé para quase qualquer coisa. Instalações novas.

A pousada é nova, as toalhas novíssimas, e os funcionários atenciosos. Pegamos um apartamento cujas janelas dão para a escada, o que é bastante estranho e tira a privacidade. Não sei se pegamos esse apartamento porque usamos as diárias grátis do hoteis.com, mas da próxima vez solicitaremos outro apartamento. Poderia haver um armário, cadeiras e abajur no quarto, ao invés dos ganchos e da penteadeira. O diferencial da pousada é que ela oferece café da tarde.

O Hotel tem uma localização excelente e os quartos super limpos. Existe um problema com a acustica dos quartos.

Problemas no Check-in, com atendente totalmente despreparada, sem acesso a mapa de quartos nem ao hoteis.com. Pior que isso, foi ouvir do "gerente" no dia seguinte a justificativa que fizemos a reserva no final da tarde. E se tivéssemos ido sem fazer reserva? Hotel com construção nova. Chuveiro elétrico com pouca água deixou a desejar pelo valor pago. Difícil recomendar

Críticas positivas: Pousada nova e bem limpa. Roupas de cama impecáveis. Café da manhã gostoso. Críticas negativas: Acústica dos quartos ruim (ouve-se tudo dos outros quartos à noite). Investir em tapetes e cortinas para abafar um pouco o som talvez seja uma solução. O estacionamento está muito escancarado, deixando os carros expostos. Poderiam fazer um muro para maior proteção dos veículos.

Hotel novo, mas bastante simples... O isolamento acústico dos quartos é inexistente, ouve-se tudo o que se passa nos quartos vizinhos. A cama é pequena e o colchão não ajuda muito (apesar de ser box)! O chá da tarde é um diferencial, uma cortesia do hotel. Apesar de bem localizado, o custo beneficio poderia ser melhor.
