Bom em partes. Pontos positivos: Ótimo café da manhã, instalações bonitas e limpas. Funcionários educados e gentis. Pontos negativos: Se te colocarem em quarto próximo ao elevador prepara-se para não dormir. O elevador sobe e desce a noite toda, gera barulho para quem quer dormir. O banheiro tinha um vazamento, não sei se era do box ou do vaso, não custava nada o hotel arrumar. Ficava Nojento e pura água.

Confortável, mas com pouca opção de alimentação

Ficamos em um quarto para 4 pessoas, mas havia uma porta dividindo os espaços, de forma que em uma parte do quarto havia uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro; e, na outra parte, havia mais uma cama de solteiro, um sofá e uma mesa. Também tinha uma TV em cada um dos ambientes. O quarto era bem grande e nos deixou confortáveis. A recepção do hotel também foi ótima. O único ponto que sinalizo como possível melhoria é o restaurante: de noite as opções são sopa, pizza ou lanche. Senti falta de refeições no cardápio.

O atendimente dos funcionários foi excelente, o quarto é um pouco antigo, mas bem limpo...tivemos muitos problemas com barulhos noturnos, o ar condicionado faz um barulho que atrapalha ... o chuveiro fcou varias vezes apenas com agua fria, apsar da prestisao dos funcionários o problema nao foi solucionado e tivemos que tomar banho frio

Excelente hotel

Fico sempre neste hotel quando saio do Rio para Belo Horizonte. Hotel bem localizado no centro histórico da cidade. Farto comércio no entorno e vários pontos turísticos que se acessa a pé. A limpeza é impecável. Café da manhã com tudo que MG tem de gostoso. Os funcionários são muito gentis. Recomendo este hotel.

Excelente localização, próximo a diversos pontos turísticos. Hotel bom, porém o quarto parece menor que nas fotos apresentadas no site. Muita mobília para pouco espaço, difícil até para locomoção em volta da cama. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários muito simpáticos e ajudam indicando passeios.

Surpreendeu positivamente.

O Hotel me surpreendeu positivamente. Devo ficar nele mais vezes. Ponto positivo para o atendimento sempre gentil dos funcionários e banheiros novos e confortáveis. O ponto negativo é que fiquei no quarto das grandes janelas e é impossível fechar o blackout totalmente, então nunca fica escuro. Fora isso foi tudo muito positivo.
