Mal cuidado

Infelizmente o hotel que tem uma área belíssima e quartos grandes e estrutura digna de hotel de porte, está completamente largado e muito mal cuidado, com móveis velhos, equipamentos obsoletos e em mal conservados. O atendimento é deficitário e sem nenhuma cortesia. Restaurante com comida razoável, mas com atendimento precário e café da manhã fraco, sem muitas opções. Uma pena para uma área tão bonita, mas que pelo tamanho precisaria de um alto investimento para voltar a ser um hotel do nível que merece.

A pousada é incrível , muito linda, espaçosa, uma área verde imensa! As piscinas são muito boas, mas eu achei que poderia ter tido uma melhor limpeza da piscina aquecida. Nada a reclamar da pousada. Só não achei os funcionários da recepção nada simpáticos e o check out mais cedo 11h! No geral, amei e me hospedaria mais vezes!

Muito bom, com pequenos pts de atenção

Boa experiência, o hotel é extremamente confortável, quarto grande, cama e travesseiro bons, lugar bastante tranquilo e silencioso, muita área verde, uma verdadeira paz, meu intuito era descansar e consegui. Tenho alguns pontos de atenção, mas nada que me impediria de voltar. O secador de cabelo não estava funcionando, as lixeiras do quarto e banheiro não foram esvaziadas, o que me gerou uma insegurança da limpeza, apesar do quarto estar aparentemente limpo. Os roupões disponíveis no quarto estão bem encardidos, me gerou também insegurança de usar por não saber se estava limpo ou não. Eles tem umas regras e não são flexíveis, não entregam jantar no quarto e nem emprestam talheres, somente umas poucas opções de lanches, como eu queria descanso, achei ruim não poder jantar no quarto, não pode receber delivery. O check-out deles é mais cedo um pouco dos outros hotéis, é às 11h, o que faz com que você aproveite um pouquinho menos a estadia, não consegui usar a piscina aquecida porque abre às 10h e o café também achei tarde, começa as 08h. Esses são pontos que acredito que poderiam ser revistos, visto que o hotel é muito bom,e com esses detalhes seria melhor ainda. Mas como disse, são só pontos de atenção e melhoria. O custo benefício vale bastante a pena.

manutenção urgente

Já me hospedei em outras ocasiões no hotel e sempre gostei muito . o espaço é lindo e funcional porém o estado de conservação está deixando muito a desejar . As toalhas dos quartos são muito ruins para um hotel desse nível. apesar de não ser fumante te obrigam a assinar um termo onde é proibido de fumar em qualquer lugar onde podem cobrar a multa de uma diária , lembrando que é um hotel muito grande , dentro do quarto Ok porém tem varanda e diversos espaços abertos

Hotel agradável e sossegado

o espaço do hotel é bem agradável e bonito, quarto e banheiro bastante confortáveis e amplos, porém falta isolamento acústico no quarto. Qualquer barulho ou conversa em quartos ao lado é transmitida o que incomodou bastante. Por ser fora da cidade, a localização é perfeita se houver intenção de passear pelas cidadezinhas adjacentes.

Sempre que vamos para São João Del Rei, ficamos hospedados neste hotel. Os quartos são amplos, com boas roupas de cama, chuveiro muito bom, e atendimento impecável. O campo de golfe é muito bonito, e o professor de golfe é muito atencioso. O hotel está passando por melhorias! Não vejo a hora de voltar.
