The front desk lady was welcoming even when i rolled in late. Room had a mini fridge, tv, microwave clean beds and towels, which is all i needed. It’s much more cleaner and comfortable than any other hotel/motel I’ve stayed at (I travel a lot for work). Highly recommend!

Never been to Tipton IA before. The next time we go through, we will be staying at this location. It was quiet. Well kept. Staff was very friendly. Clean. Amenities were just what was needed. Don't need over the top for a comfortable stay. We only stayed for one night, but we will be stopping again. It was homey and comforting. Something somewhat lacking these days.

Super clean, comfortable, convenient place in Tipton. Manager is beyond helpful and kind, you can tell the place is well-cared for with thoughtfulness, like well-stocked coffee supplies, cute fridge and microwave, bottled water, thick fluffy towels, bidet, hair dryer, and great individual reading lights for reading in bed. Also had outside benches for enjoying the summer evenings.

Everything within the control of the owner/manager was perfect. Location is a bit remote and the convenience store across the street closes VERY early but that is not the Motel's problem. Very clean and the owner couldn't be more friendly and accommodating. Will stay again for a Hawkeye football game weekend.

Highly recommend! Very lovely property that has been well maintained, the room was nicely decorated, clean and comfy. We arrived in the middle of the night and the staff were phenomenal! They had our room ready, bedside lamp on and all set up for us so we were able to go straight to our room when we arrived. Will definitely return!
