The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The included breakfast was standard, clean and well stocked. My stay was quiet and uneventful. Unfortunately, this location appeared pretty run down. It looked like it was in need of new paint everywhere and a good carpet cleaning. The workout room smelled so much like feet that I had to step out. It is a location that accepts pets--perhaps this leads to its shabby condition.

The free breakfast is one of the better perks here, nice selection for most of us but one of our party needs gluten free options. Staff were not well informed about what is truly gluten free. Other than that staff were friendly and helpful. There were some things that needed maintenance in our room, the most urgent being broken slats under one bed , we didn't discover that was causing the lack of support until we were packing to leave and looking underneath furniture. Some things in the bathroom look like they might need repair or resealing soon.

Every staff member we encountered were friendly and helpful. it says something when everyone is smiling -- and sets a good tone. Beyond that, room was spacious & clean, breakfast was good & plentiful, and location was walkable to food (if that's what you want). Stayed with my dog -- great place to be!
