“Ideal location for Silverstone but with no AC in the room and the hot weather ,a little uncomfortable. They seem to focus more on the restaurant with the rooms and add on. Not accept place to stay so a nit more work required on the accommodation.”

“Not sure where the rating comes from but not my idea of a 4 star hotel ! Whilst the size of the room was very generous , no bottled water or enough toiletries for 2 people . The Spa was not particularly clean , a cold Jacuzzi with many missing tiles . Treatment seemed to be cut short of the 25 mins paid for . “Room was dirty, scuffed paintwork, stained carpet, skirting boards thick with grime and dust, cobwebs and dead bugs (in the cobwebs) on the ceiling. Not to mention the previous guests dirty towels and sheets were left in a heap in the middle of the floor. At £200 per night excluding breakfast I expect much much better. Very disappointing.”
