Grundsätzlich waren wir zufrieden. Es gab jedoch 2 Kritikpunkte. Beim Empfang wurde uns erklärt, daß es zwar Parkplätze des Hotels gäbe, doch diese seien zu schmal und könnten daher nicht genutzt werden. Wir würden an dem entfernten öffentlichen Parkplatz mit Tagestickets verwiesen, sodass an jedem Tag der Besuch des Platzes erforderlich wurde. Ein Frühstück hatten wir nur für 1 Tag und unmittelbar vorher vereinbart. Bei der Bezahlung sollte wegen der fehlenden vorherigen Reservierung eines Zulage zu zahlen sein. Dafür gab es vorher keine Ankündigung oder Vereinbarung, sehr ärgerlich.

Sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Rezeption, Zimmer bestens ausgestattet mit Bademänteln und Co., Schwimmbad vorhanden, hatten jedoch keine Zeit es zu nutzen aber die Ostsee war ja direkt um die Ecke, haben kostenpflichtig in der Tiefgarage geparkt, was sehr praktisch war. Ausgezeichnetes, leckeres Frühstück mit sehr viel Auswahl. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön. Direkt an der Kurpromenade gelegen, nur ein paar Meter bis zum Strand. Die Zimmer sind sauber und wohnlich, Jedes Zimmer hat einen kleinen Balkon und es gibt eine nette Hotelbar. Das einzige, was ich an den sehr heißen Tagen vermisst habe, war eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer. Das Personal ist megafreundlich. Es waren viele ältere Gäste da.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten ein Upgrade auf eine Suite bekommen und hatten vom Balkon ein wenig Meerblick. Das Frühstücksbuffet war von der Auswahl zwar nicht riesig, aber völlig ausreichend und lecker. Sollten wir wieder nach Timmendorfer Strand kommen, wäre das Hotel Royal unsere erste Wahl.
