Well situated for the purpose of our stay, sporting tournament at Aorangi Stadium. Room was very tidy and clean, unfortunately our room, number 3, had a bad leak from the shower which saturated the carpet to the entryway. Sadly the owners were away and motel was full so the available staff apparently couldn't do anything. Hopefully this gets fixed asap. Although near a busy road the traffic was not an issue day or night. Polite and friendly staff. Overall rating would have been higher if not for the shower maintenance issue.
