I was hopeful for this property. After reading some of the reviews and thought it’s one night we can give it a shot. Nope, we made it one hour. The property has a great view and easy access down some stairs to the beach. They have a nice outside sitting area that over looks the bay/ocean with some tables and gas fire pit. As far as the room/cabin itself, it looked like it had been updated but the cigarette smell was so bad and so strong it made us sick. My husband use to be a smoker and he couldn’t even handle it. It’s not just the smell when you’re standing next to one smoking, it was the stale smell that has been there 20 years. The counter top, the table and couch were very sticky. The bathroom floor was soft and squishy. I’m sure The floor was rotting underneath. We left after an hour and we spent most of that down at the beach. The manager was very nice and friendly and told us he understands. He would have offered a different room but they were full. He gave us a full refund and apologized. Then we drove just drove home. Needless to say we won’t ever go back.

Paper thin walls, could hear everything in the room above me and the room next to me. Property is kind of run down. Nice bay view, however, not worth the price. Check-in person was very nice and friendly. Would not stay there again though.

Drove 2 hours from cannon beach so we could see the Tillamook factory the next day only to find a room that had been smoked in heavily and dirty. Walls, floors, furniture, everything in there felt dirty. $140 is a waste for this place. The floor by the toilet was caving in. We had to drive in the dark another hour tired to find somewhere else to stay. The nicest thing I can say is the hotel had someone texting which we let know. They were responsive and refunded us.

Waiting for refund. Room booked through Expedia was not available at time of arrival. Hassle to deal with afterhours and limited availability with in the area to accommodate our stay needs. The bay front room we were assigned in error was not appealing. Smelled of smoke and did not feel clean. Was nothing like all the pictures shown in posting.

Horrible experience-very uncomfortable bed - could feel springs any way I laid. Didn’t sleep well. Old chairs that should be thrown away and smelly. Toilet was unacceptable- the size for a child - too short and small- fell when trying to get up off the commode! Spotty internet even with password- weak signal. Room smelled of mildew and smoke. I’m requesting a refund

The balcony view overlooks the harbor not the beach. It is literally on the water which was nice but, when I think of beach there is sand you can walk on.

The balcony had a nice view of the bay, the balcony railing needs some updating, there were cigarette butts all over the driveway right in front of the balcony, cigarette ash on the walk way. Room 26 smelt like stale cigarette smoke. There were multiple stains on the shower curtain one looked to be blood which I didn't notice until I went to shower in the morning. A years worth of dust has collected behind the nightstand. Walls are thin and you can every noise from the room next door. Overall the room is not worth the money to stay here and I would look somewhere else if you're planning on staying in Netarts

Was not super impressed with the room. Views were good but thats about it. The room felt musty and dingy, kind of thrown together with all furnishings being mismatched, bed was super.uncomforrable and had some stains on the comforter. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didnt work, which in the climate is just going to breed mold. I would expect these ammentities in a super cheap hotel but for the prices they charde was expecting something more pleasant. Wont be staying here again. On the plus side the hotel staff was super friendly.

1st of all, it’s not in Tillamook, it’s in Netarts. The area gave us both creepy vibes but neither of us said anything. We arrived too early to check in so we drove back to Tillamook to get something to eat, then drove back to check in. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL. The room being outdated was one thing, but it was NOT CLEAN. There was garbage in the trash can in the bathroom, dirt and garbage behind one of the nightstands, dirty and grimy in between the counter and fridge and the extension cord wrapped in (masking?) tape looked like a fire hazard. There were dead flies and dirt in the window frame. We did not unpack but hung out for about 20 minutes, trying to decide if we were too tired to just drive home or stay. We finally set the key on the table and drove home. If I could give a MINUS 0 I would. I took several photos but should have taken more. We will definitely NOT be back.

Room had great views. Parking spaces are very convenient to the room itself. The service was amazing, including the communication from the front desk. They even notified us via text that the power was out. Much appreciated. The room needs some upgrades for sure. The bathroom/shower area was quite dated. A comfy chair in the room would be nice as well.
