Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel is in a great area close to many stores, restaurants and Mercado Hidalgo. We checked out and were still going to walk around, staff stored our bags until we returned. Will definitely be back

Ibis is located in the middle of town. Staff is very nice. The valet person was awesome. He alone deals with all the cars coming in and out. He has a great attitude, even in the pouring rain.

I had a great stay in Tijuana! The hotel was nice, comfortable, and in a very convenient location. Everything we needed was within walking distance, which made getting around easy and enjoyable. I traveled with family and friends, and we all had a great experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the area!
