Great location, rooms were ample, comfortable and clean. Loved the ecofriendly rooms. Rooftop staff was excellent, loved the bar and restaurant service. Hotel staff were friendly and professional. Minor issues, there was only one of two hottubs operating, rooms were not stocked with usual toiletries and the in room refrigerators could use an upgrade.

This place was great! The rooms are large and functional, the building is located in a very central part of Tijuana. The absolute best part is the rooftop! It has hot tubs, a sauna, a bar, and lots of seating with a great view of the downtown area. Would definitely stay again.

Staff was great from start to finish, We were a little nervous staying downtown but it was affordable and gave us the opportunity to take a walk through the little stands to kill time instead of being stuck in the room. The bus boy helping when we got there probably made 20 trips up and down the property but at the end of the day we caught him in the elevator and he was still very pleasant and even asked if we would be enjoying the jacuzzi. We definitely enjoyed our short stay and will be coming back especially because we take trips to see our doctor often. We didn't get to have breakfast because we left at the crack of dawn to beat the rush of the border line. The menu looked detailed and had an assortment of food and drinks.
