Staff was very friendly. Really outdated and very depressing, no airport shuttle for pick up only drop off for $250 pesos (uber is $50 pesos) in room phone, lights, tv, clothes hanger are not operable. Breakfast was coffee and two pieces of toast, I was offered fruit but after 30 min it never arrived so I left. Not worth the money!

Everything was good, I did not realize at time of booking that they do not have elevators and all the rooms are upstairs. Staff was great and helped with that, specially because I have mobility issues as I’m handicap but other than that, I recommend it for great service and value.

Very good hotel and near the TIJ airport, they charge $10 deposit fee on AC/TV remotes, which is a bit annoying, however you Get it back on check out! Continental breakfast should be improved, include eggs/chilaquiles that are on the menu.
