I had an amazing stay! Marcos, the valet parking attendant, was outstanding. He was friendly, professional, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. His exceptional customer service made me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived and truly made my stay even more enjoyable. The pool and bar were also incredible. The live singer was fantastic and kept the crowd entertained, creating such a fun and vibrant atmosphere. Between the excellent service, great entertainment, and relaxing amenities, this hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to come back!

Upon arriving to the hotel the front staff greeted us. The room wasn’t ready for an early check in however they tried their best to deliver it as early as possible. The check in areas was warm and the room could be slot cleaner and updated. The level we got was being worked on. Rooms were old and needed a better clean. Breakfast was good and staff were awesome. Pool area was clean, however when we were ready to use the pool, it was closed due to what I was told being extra dirty from the night prior. Unfortunate because we were ready for it to be open at 8am as stated and still by 10am it was closed. So no pool use for my family as we were checking out.
