It’s a great hotel first time here and I’ll be coming back. Great personnel with great attitude. I love how they take care or you. It’s a beautiful place to stay nice and quiet ands very clean.

It’s very clean and comfortably is Anna a A+. You can eat and drink by the pool or you can relax in the jacuzzi. Pool water is warm and you can even enjoy the silence of the night. The personnel is fantastic.

Very nice updated hotel, family friendly kids enjoyed the pool and hot tubs, excellent customer service. Its a little on the high end as far as pricing however totally worth it for our safety and comfort.

i booked two rooms. one room was fine, the second wreaked horribly from the bathroom of sewer fumes. i didn't ask for a different room because i thought it was just smells from the city, but it was from the drains in the bathroom and was so bad i was thankful to leave early. Otherwise, the property is nice and well maintained.

I needed to use the hair dryer but their was no outlet inside the bathroom. Icould use the outlets in the room but their were no mirrors. the only mirror was the one in the bathroom... I inadvertently stained the 1 pillowcase, 1 towel, and 1 sheet with my hair dye...I was asked to pay for damages which I was not against until I found out they were charging $1700 mxn that price is ridiculous. I told them if I'm paying the equivalent to $85 usd I might as well keep.. they said I couldn't unless I paid full price which was even more... never staying again. the food was mediocre and they were very disorganized. they ran out of food plates and cups halfway through. good morning
