The hotel has a small and very efficient and friendly staff. The front door has a gate that the ever present front desk person buzzes you in. This is not a party hotel. With only about 15 rooms you do not hear much other guest traffic noise. Nor do you hear any street traffic noise. The location is 2 blocks from Revolution Ave - the main tourist area. I had AC in my room that worked well. TV was good but no music so i used my phone. Plenty of hot water! Maybe the room could use more towel hooks and a secondary dead bolt on the door. I will gladly return.

Well, it’s a nice place and everything, but there was no air-conditioning. The only air that we had was opening the window, but unfortunately there were mosquitoes all over the place and well we got bitten.
