The room was stinky and terrible service we asked to get switched to different room but was denied and instead was offered a can off lissol to spray and instructed to leave the room door open till the smell went away so we had no choice but switch to different hotel

Falta de comunicación de empleados hacia huésped. Recepcionista puede explicar ciertas cosas en el check in y no lo hicieron, por ejemplo decir que tenía desayuno incluido y que requería un ticket para poder canjearlo y que el huésped debe autorizar la limpieza del cuarto diario. Todo lo demás muy bien.

No room cleaning for three days or any other service. Dirty bathroom. Not even a single chair or table in the room for keeping anything. When we check out. They enforce to bring towels and remote to the front desks. By all means they must check towels and other stuff in the room but asking customers to bring them and put in bin is little unprofessional.
