Stayed at Hotel Grand Plaza Tijuana and couldn't have had a better experience. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the location is perfect for getting around the city. But what really stood out was the staff - they were over the top helpful in the best way. Anything we needed, they were on it immediately with a smile. They helped with restaurant recommendations, directions, taxis, and made us feel like VIPs the entire stay. Highly recommend Grand Plaza if you're in Tijuana. Would absolutely stay here again.

Love staying here the view on the 4th floor Terrace. It's great. The bartender is very friendly food is good stayed at their sister property, but liked this one better, and we'll continue to stay here

Super clean yet there was no hand soap. Place was good, though the walls between rooms seam to not be soundproof or insulated so you can hear practically everything between rooms. My room key failed to work 2 times but it was eventually fixed.

Very conveniently located and affordable for travelers spending time in the heart of downtown Tijuana. The cost is the proximity to the loud nightlife. The room itself was fairly insulated from the club noise nearby, however if you have a room facing out to one of the clubs, you will hear the noise clearly just in the toilet area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. It's in an excellent location, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants, which made it very convenient to explore the area. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. They offer valet parking, which made arrival and departure easy. One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop restaurant, which has beautiful views and serves delicious food. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would definitely stay here again.
