The staff was great, and the overall room was really clean. The unfortunate thing was that the pool was dirty(full of leaves), my rooms bathroom air was not working so it gets really hot. Other then that everything was doable.

I was happy with my stay it was only one day but The room was nice and clean, employees were nice at the check-in. The bar was nice and clean. The bartenders attended us very good, the breakfast bar in the morning was decent very clean, after breakfast my friend‘s kids were enjoying the hot tub and the swimming pool and they enjoy it as well.. definitely recommend it to my family and friends.

I only stayed for one night and it was pleasant. Very clean and the staff was accommodating. The location is surrounded by many shops, restaurants and the airport. I couldn’t get the AC to work, therefore it was warm inside the room. Not sure if it was broken. I would definitely ask about working ACs when you check in. Other than that my stay was very good.

Upon on arrival. We got to check in to our rooms a little early. Traveled with mh family and had two rooms. Unfortunately they werent able to give me connecting room but they accomodated us and gave me too.s right next to wach other. Kids enjoyed the pool and the hotel is very clear and friendly staff. Convinetly located near airport and Mesa de Otoy border.

The property was renewed, but still have some parts haven’t done yet, the rooms was clean, it’s good for stay one night, location is convenient if you need to satay overnight near to the airport, staff was very helpful and nice, also good to know they offer free taxi to take you to the airport, that one it’s a plus if you don’t have or bring a car. The only downside is that I found the parking area to be a little unsafe, when you check in, the very first thing they let you know is that they are not responsible if anything happened to your vehicle. The rooms had European outlets, the restroom was the only room that had normal outlets, I was in a room with my husband and 2 sons and I had to do my hair but was unable to because there were no outlets other than the bathroom that was occupied as we all got ready. There was no iron in the room so all our clothes were wrinkled. Maybe I had to call guest services but I’m used to having it available in the room. Other than that everything else was good. Parking was easy, reception took a while to find my reservation because they had lost internet but they were nice so I wasn’t too bothered by it. Things like that happen! Shower pressure was amazing! Room was clean and beds were okay for a night sleep.
